  • April 1958

    Wakabayashi Manufacturing established.

  • May 1964

    Omi Plant built in Honmachi, Omi-mura, Higashichikumagun, Nagano.

  • November

    Waka Manufacturing Co., Ltd. established.

  • April 1973

    Matsumoto Plant built in Akashina-cho,Higashichikuma-gun, Nagano.

  • December 1981

    Head Office built in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.

  • October 1982

    Capital increased by 11.5 million yen to 23 million yen.

  • April 1987

    WAKA Manufacturing Korea established in the Masan Free Export Zone with 100% investment of 50 million yen.

  • April 1990

    New Matsumoto Plant built in the Akashina Industrial Zone, Higashichikuma-gun, Nagano.

  • October 1995

    New Omi Plant built in Honmachi, Omi-mura, Higashichikumagun, Nagano.

  • September 1996

    Start of mass-production of millimeter wave coaxial connectors for V-band and K-band.

  • March 1998

    Head office relocated to Minami-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

  • June 1999

    ISO9001 certification acquired by the head office and Matsumoto Plant.

  • April 2000

    The start of mass-production of milli-meter wave coaxial connectors for 1 milli-meter W-band.

    Korea Waka renamed Celltech Co., Ltd.

  • October 2001

    ISO 14001 certification acquired by the head office and Matsumoto Plant.

  • August 2003

    ISO9001 certification obtained by the Omi Plant.

  • December 2005

    ISO14001 acquired by the Omi Plant.

  • April 2008

    All Celltech Co., Ltd. shares sold.

  • October 2011

    Yoshinosuke Wakabayashi appointed as C.E.O.

  • March 2013

    JAXA certification acquired for coaxial connectors.

  • May 2016

    Head office relocated to Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

    Received the Monodzukuri Grand Award NAGANO 2017

    Opened Kansai Sales Office, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka
